Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer Standard and Express shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at support@elevatedhaven.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
